Keep up the conversation

You have a fan base and they love your content on social media, it's taken you this long to build up your followers so why ignore them?

I see this so many times on all different social media channels, comments and questions left unanswered and it grinds my gears. Your fans or followers and trying to talk to you, the least you could do is reply to them.

It seems negative comments get answered most of the time but some of the more positive ones are overlooked and aren't replied, keep up the conversation, honestly you will be begging them to come back when they're gone.
