Following on from last year’s incredible event the 2018 Rhiwbina Welsh Squash Open is due for lift off in May 2018. The whole of Wales got behind the tournament last year and made it an event to remember.
30 top class professional players descended on Cardiff from all around the world and the sun smiled on us to add to the red hot squash the players delivered on the baked courts in Rhiwbina. George Parker the young Englishman prevailed to continue his impressive run of form during that time to claim the title beating another up and coming Englishman Patrick Rooney. Home player Peter Creed was hot on their tails but just failed to reach a dream home final.
