Whatever the event, whatever your audience when you are planning an event of any size you need to get the basics right first, can the event take place at your chosen location, is there a demand for it and is it financially feasible?

Once all these questions are answered and your event is nearly ready to be launched you need to think about marketing, getting the message out there.

On a basic level word of mouth for some events is great but if you really want to hit this thing out of the park then social media should be the first place you go to promote the event and target your audience.

Create a campaign, pay for ads and offer something as an incentive to purchase tickets early.. maybe a discounted price or a limited edition bit of merchandise when you purchase an early bird ticket.

We are currently helping nearly half a dozen summer events with their marketing, if you need help too then give us a shout.
