Matchday Experience Enhancements

For football fans, the magic of the club is most alive on matchday. We dedicated significant effort to enhancing the matchday experience at Park Avenue to make every home game at ATFC special.

This meant looking at all the little details that matter to supporters. We overhauled the matchday programme, turning The Seasider into a visually stunning, content-rich booklet that fans now eagerly collect each game (it even won awards, as mentioned). We also launched new initiatives like a members’ portal for matchday – allowing club members to easily redeem their perks, such as complimentary programmes and hospitality offers, making them feel like VIPs on game day.

We launched a sticker book and stickers, branded reusable cups for refreshments, a small touch that reduced waste and gave fans a cool souvenir. We created the Matchday Teammates scheme to connect with high street businesses and to offer our fans discounts in town, helping the high street, helping our fans. All these enhancements raised the bar for what it means to attend an ATFC match, turning it into a full experience rather than just a game.

• Award-winning match programme: Fans enjoy a vastly improved Seasider programme every match, which has been recognized as one of the best in the league. Sales of the programme on matchdays increased, and many supporters now keep them as collectibles.
